The full members of MPA Lime have agreed to support No Falls Week which takes place next month between 18^th and 22^nd May 2026. The No Falls Foundation, a UK registered charity established to focus attention on safe working at height, launched the No Falls Week event in April 2024 and MPA Lime members had a Health and Safety workshop in that first event week which was, by coincidence, on the topic of "Working at Height". The members support of the 2026 No Falls Week event will include a focus on working at height safely at daily briefings, in toolbox talks, on noticeboards and around the sites, the discussion topic will be a focus during managers and supervisors safety walks.

This collaboration between the businesses is an indication of their approach to sharing in non-competitive areas to help drive the health and safety and environmental agendas across the whole of the UK industrial chemical mineral lime industry.  This isn't the first cooperation in the areas of Health, Safety and Environment.  Previously, businesses have organised visits for the other MPA Lime members; to see major projects on their sites for themselves; to help share workshops and learnings about Health and Safety and novel approaches; to share ideas around issues of contractor and sub-contractor management; as well as addressing environmental risks.

The Health and Safety Working Group has an agenda to discuss and agree common targeted industry level performance metrics for the key topics, including the areas of the MPA Fatal Six, as well as in other areas of common ground. Once these targets are agreed they will become the benchmarks for the sector, including in the area of Working at Height.
